Job Summary:

The Certified Home Health Aide will work closely with our licensed clinicians to provide skilled services and assistance with daily activities. This includes assisting patients with personal care needs, providing housekeeping and therapy services, and supporting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide housekeeping and therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Assist patients with basic activities and daily living needs
  • Measure and record patient's vital signs as ordered by the RN or therapist
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent CHHA experience
  • Current California Department of Public Health Home Health Aide Certification
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Licensed driver with vehicle, in good working order, that is currently registered and insured
