Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to lead our infant and toddler programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for our students and their families.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate classroom operations and implement our proprietary curriculum
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and families to ensure a strong partnership
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintain validation of required credentials for the position
- Complies with all state-specific education requirements
- Must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree including 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field; Associate degree including 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field; High School Diploma or GED and an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate)
