Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising products on designated routes, providing superior customer service, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise products on designated routes to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors are completely filled according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
  • Operate manual and powered handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks, to transport products between backrooms and display floors.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience, preferably in a grocery store or consumer products environment.
  • Customer service experience and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle driving history that meets Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country guidelines.
