Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, including pumps, pasteurizers, homogenizers, evaporators, dryers, and other machinery.
  • Equipment Fabrication: Oversee the fabrication and manufacturing of equipment for production needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of engineers and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Project Management: Oversee plant projects, including capital projects, and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management Standards (PSM) and other relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a production setting involving electronics, instrumentation, refrigeration, electrical, and general mechanical, with at least one year supervisory experience.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with upper management, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of pumps, pasteurizers, homogenizers, evaporators, dryers, and other machinery, as well as experience with fabrication and manufacturing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and develop effective solutions.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to loud noises, extreme temperatures, and hazardous materials. The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols is essential.
