Poolside Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Poolside/Tennis Server at Laredo Country Club. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.

• Customer Service
  • Greet and acknowledge members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Provide knowledge of the menu and wine list to assist with ordering decisions.
  • Learn members' names and their special preferences to enhance the dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Service
  • Set up side stations and perform assigned side work to ensure efficient service.
  • Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
  • Serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner, and offer suggestions on daily specials and wine selections.
  • Place orders with the kitchen and inform cooks about any special cooking instructions.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance
  • Keep the dining room and bus station areas clean and organized.
  • Remove soiled dishes and clear tables after each service.
  • Reset tables with appropriate linens and settings.

• Education and Certifications
  • Food safety certification.
  • Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification.
• Skills and Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits.
