Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blood Sample Collector Specialist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and storing blood samples from patients, distributing samples to designated departments, and maintaining a clean and healthy work environment.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless sample collection and processing. Your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and safely will be essential in meeting our high standards of quality and patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and store blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Distribute samples to designated departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to laboratory safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions, providing exceptional patient care and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and laboratory staff to ensure seamless sample collection and processing
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months or more experience in a medical laboratory or related field
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment, including phlebotomy devices and laboratory information systems
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Compensation
