Overview

As a Telecom Engineer at TeamHealth, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems, including Genesys Cloud CX. You will work closely with our IT and business teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with other systems and ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement telecommunications systems, including Genesys Cloud CX
  • Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud CX to meet business requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot telecommunications systems to ensure high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate telecommunications solutions with other systems
  • Provide technical support and training to trainers
  • Develop and maintain documentation for telecommunications systems and processes
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's telecommunications infrastructure remains current and effective
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering
  • Previous experience with Genesys Cloud CX highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional) are a plus
