Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-5th grade setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the needs of students with communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication needs.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and involve them in the speech therapy process.
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- State license and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with students with communication disorders in a K-5th grade setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
