Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on patient assessment and needs.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado or eNLC privileges.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Competitive hourly rate of $55.00 per hour.
- Travel package/stipend.
- 13-week assignments available with extension options.
- LOCAL RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles.
