Job Summary:
Cone Health is seeking a qualified Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with patients and healthcare professionals to provide efficient care.

About the Job:
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under limited supervision. You will be responsible for documenting patient information, processing recommendations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Observe and report changes in patient symptoms and behaviors to the Registered Nurse
* Respond to verbal and nonverbal communication from patients
* Facilitate patient educational groups
* Provide patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse

Requirements:
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide 1 training program
* Successfully complete BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire date
* Current good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry
* Reliable transportation with adequate insurance

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Cone Health offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
