Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in West Memphis, Arkansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various modalities, including 2D and 3D imaging
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure their comfort and safety
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Document patient information and procedure results accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
