About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Leader provides leadership and coordination of the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, services, processes, and systems within the responsible area. This role ensures quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources, and financial performance. The Clinical Nurse Leader also ensures productivity standards are met.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a related field.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
