About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD or PsyD degree, who is proficient in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to establish strong therapeutic alliances with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered Florida licensure as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Ability to travel site to site and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current CPR certification and valid Florida Driver's License
