About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Production Specialist to join our team at Radiant Innovations. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of electrical components for production, creating work instructions based on development projects, and planning and developing production and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support work preparation for the production of electrical components
  • Create work instructions based on development projects in the field of electrical engineering production
  • Plan and develop production and logistics processes
  • Plan operating resources and accompany procurement processes
  • Design and optimize workspaces and processes
  • Plan investments for department-specific goods for the production of electrical components
  • Establish a production area for new production and repair of Can-Bus-based systems and assemblies
Requirements
  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical production
  • Knowledge of SAP R3 and Adobe Agile PDM desirable
  • Industry knowledge in metal processing or defense technology
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and teamwork skills
