Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This is a contract, 8x4 Days position that requires a current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in SNF / LTC.

• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice.
