Pharmacy Clerk

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at Giant Food. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy department, restocking shelves and supplies as needed.
• Assist with prescription filling, including counting and labeling medications.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
