About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Waxing Specialist to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional waxing services to our clients, providing a safe and comfortable experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality waxing services, including body waxing and brow waxing
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest waxing techniques and products
Requirements
  • Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license in the state of employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including AM and PM shifts, and one weekend shift per week
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat personality
  • Sales experience a plus
