About the Job
  • Evaluate patients using a comprehensive approach, including subjective information, objective information, assessment, prognosis, and goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and educational programs for patients, updating as needed.
  • Process all necessary insurance documentation and communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
  • Discharge patients as appropriate and utilize EPIC systems to streamline care.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and seek input as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy required.
  • 3-5 years of direct Upper Extremity/Hand experience preferred.
  • Certified Hand Therapist preferred.
  • Graston Certification preferred.
  • CPR Certification preferred.
  • Current (or pending) licensure in Occupational Therapy in the State of New Hampshire required.
  • Experience in fabrication of static and dynamic splinting.
