Collision Repair Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a Collision Repair Technician, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, inspecting vehicles for damage, and ensuring that completed work meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for painting by applying protective materials to prevent overspray
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and clean/prepare surface to meet preparation criteria
  • Remove masking material, clean and inspect for any defects or imperfections
  • Ensure that completed work meets quality standards
  • Perform minor repairs as necessary to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain and properly safeguard all shop painting/spraying tools and equipment
  • Work safely and comply with all safety rules

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience preferred
  • Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
