Collision Repair Technician Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a Collision Repair Technician, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, inspecting vehicles for damage, and ensuring that completed work meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by applying protective materials to prevent overspray
- Inspect vehicles for damage and clean/prepare surface to meet preparation criteria
- Remove masking material, clean and inspect for any defects or imperfections
- Ensure that completed work meets quality standards
- Perform minor repairs as necessary to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain and properly safeguard all shop painting/spraying tools and equipment
- Work safely and comply with all safety rules
Requirements:
- 6 months experience preferred
- Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
