Job Opportunity at Indian River Transport

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Team Truck Drivers with a Tanker Endorsement to join our team. As a leading privately-owned liquid food grade carrier, we provide transportation services throughout the United States, as well as import/export services between the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Key Highlights:
  • Minimum of 5,000 miles per week
  • OTR runs with some dedicated lanes
  • Home time every 2 to 4 weeks
  • State-of-the-art Peterbilt 579 automatics with sleepers
  • Trucks equipped with fridges, TV mounts, inverters, and additional shelving
  • Extra pay for loads under 250 miles
  • Elite Pass, Pre-Pass, and EZ Pass for efficient border crossing
  • Transflo Scanning for rapid load pay turnaround
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Weekly earnings: $1,750 - $2,500 per driver
  • Base pay: $0.60 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty
  • Bonus pay: $0.20 CPM for all miles after 23,000 dispatched miles in a month
  • Sign-on bonus: $7,000
  • Monthly safety bonus: $200
  • Detention pay: $20 per hour
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of OTR CDL-A experience in the past year
  • DOT Physical certification
  • Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement (required at time of hire)
