Key Responsibilities- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks and duties.
- Establish Operational Goals: Set and achieve performance targets to maximize team productivity, order fulfillment, and employee well-being.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Coordinate the ordering and monitoring of shipping supplies, as well as account for inventory replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce Company and OSHA policies, participate in safety meetings, and wear required safety equipment at all times.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Three years of management or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a focus on creating a team-oriented work environment.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including 7:00 pm - 3:30 am, Monday through Friday.
