Baker Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Lemek LLC Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bake all the fresh bread and pastries required by our cafe each day.
  • Ensure the quality and flavor of our baked goods meet our high standards.
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to building a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
  • Support your manager and team as needed.

Requirements

  • This is a full-time position (2 p.m. - 10 p.m.) that requires flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum age - 18 years old.
