As an educator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating a secure and nurturing atmosphere where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Utilizing a growth mindset to foster young minds and instill a passion for learning.
  • Implementing our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the specific needs of infants.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized classroom that promotes learning.
  • Tracking and documenting children's development and behavior.
Do You Possess:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the education and nurturing of children?
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of relevant experience (required)?
  • An associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
