Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Round Rock, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes, as well as other respiratory procedures.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Current CPR or BCLS certification, with BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
