Job Summary:

Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a Part Time position at an Outpatient Clinic in Eagan, MN.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides occupational therapy and related services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with Synergy Management Solutions guidelines.
  • Represents Synergy Management Solutions' commitment to quality and service in all interactions with facilities.
  • Adheres to all state regulations regarding occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant.
  • Valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant certification.
  • Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant (where appropriate).
