Caffeine Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Caffeine Specialist to welcome guests and prepare their coffee orders at The Gathery. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, explaining menu items, creating various espresso-based drinks, and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Welcome guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service skills.
• Take accurate and efficient orders using the POS system.
• Create a variety of complex espresso-based drinks.
• Bus tables and maintain a clean workspace.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has strong problem-solving skills, and can remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and certification such as ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification.
• Excellent communication skills to explain menu items and answer guest questions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work effectively in a team.

This position offers $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, along with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and career advancement opportunities.
