We are looking for a talented and experienced Bankruptcy Associate to become a key member of our legal team. As a Bankruptcy Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance and representation to our clients involved in bankruptcy cases. This position demands a thorough knowledge of bankruptcy legislation, strong negotiation capabilities, and proficiency in drafting and negotiating corporate restructuring agreements. You will advocate for both debtors and creditors, necessitating exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to clients throughout bankruptcy proceedings, encompassing both individuals and corporate entities.
- Draft and negotiate corporate restructuring agreements to safeguard client interests.
- Counsel clients on the legal nuances of bankruptcy, including filing procedures, types of bankruptcy, and potential outcomes.
- Represent both debtors and creditors, ensuring their rights and interests are upheld during the bankruptcy process.

Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating corporate restructuring agreements.
- Demonstrated experience representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal arguments effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
