Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Planning Associate, your role will encompass the following areas:
  • Managing client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Providing client services, including preparation for meetings, portfolio adjustments, data collection, implementation of strategies, and reporting.
  • Engaging in comprehensive financial planning, which includes asset management coordination, estate planning, and risk assessment.
  • Overseeing client assets, integrating complete financial planning and wealth management strategies, including analysis, estate planning, tax strategies, and portfolio oversight.
  • Participating in client and team meetings as necessary; contributing to special projects; providing operational support as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial planning, client relationship management (CRM), and portfolio management software.
  • Exhibiting self-assurance, integrity, and a solid understanding of fiduciary duties.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to thrive in a dynamic team environment with diverse responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
