The perfect fit will be open to learning the ropes from the ground up, which includes cleaning duties, spending quality time with our furry friends, and embracing the DDR way of operation. Candidates demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a positive, dog-loving attitude may be entrusted with additional responsibilities, including office management, scheduling, and potential promotions. This role will consistently involve dog handling, cleaning, and teamwork. There is a possibility to transition from part-time to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing large groups of off-leash dogs
  • Cleaning up after the dogs
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of the facility
  • Feeding and administering medication to dogs
  • Bathing dogs
  • Potentially, in the future, may include...
  • Checking clients and their dogs in and out
  • Processing payments
  • Coordinating Boarding and Daycare services
  • Responding to phone inquiries and emails
  • Assessing incoming dogs to ensure compatibility with playgroups

Qualifications: Candidates must have weekday availability between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, be able to work most weekends (not necessarily all), and be available for holidays. The ability to stand for 4+ hours is essential, along with strong communication skills.
