KEY DUTIES
- Responsible for cleaning resident living spaces, which includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Handles waste disposal by emptying trash and transporting materials to designated areas.
- May support care staff in maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators.
- Identifies and reports maintenance needs to the management team.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is mandatory.
- Experience in a senior living environment is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
