Earthwork Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Earthwork Superintendent to join our team at The Great Lakes Construction Co. As an employee owner, you will play a key role in the success of our company and contribute to our mission of delivering safe, capable, and efficient projects.

• Oversee the safety, quality, and efficiency of earthwork construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, material vendors, and labor to ensure timely completion of projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and company policies
• Lead and motivate on-site staff to achieve project goals
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success

• Minimum 10 years of experience in earthwork construction, with increasing responsibilities
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and regulations
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
