We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Delivery Associate. As a member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and location. Our competitive compensation package includes benefits such as paid time off, overtime pay, and comprehensive health insurance for full-time employees.
Job DescriptionAs a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe and courteous manner. You will drive a company vehicle, navigating through neighborhoods to deliver hundreds of smiles to customers every day. This role requires a high level of independence, with the majority of your day spent on the road delivering packages.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment, be at least 21 years old, and possess a positive attitude. You should also be able to move boxes up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
