Job Summary:

Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee clinical programs, including creating and implementing treatment plans and providing education and training for client caregivers.
  • Supervise Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIs) and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.
  • Conduct daily case management, including monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Services team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive company growth and expansion by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, rehabilitation, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing behavior treatment under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • 2+ years of experience with students demonstrating significant behavioral challenges.
  • 1+ year experience working in a school setting.
