Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification.
  • 1 year of nursing experience in an emergency or critical care setting.
