Icon Industrial Services seeks a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients on safety and risk management, conducting site audits, and developing and delivering safety training programs.

This position involves moderate travel to support clients on-site, providing an opportunity to work with multiple clients and drive safety enhancements across the Central U.S. You will be part of a collaborative environment, building relationships with clients, field crews, and managers to maintain and enhance safety programs.

To succeed in this position, you will need a strong educational background in Business Administration, Safety, or Risk Management, along with relevant experience in safety, risk management, or industrial operations. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.

  • Responsibilities: Conduct site audits, provide on-site assessments, develop and deliver safety training programs, and ensure adherence to client, company, and local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to train and influence others, familiarity with workers' compensation, loss control, and safety program development.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 40% of the time, a valid driver's license is required.
