Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your pipeline, sourcing and engaging with top software engineers, and building lasting relationships with candidates. You will work closely with our client-facing account management team to understand client needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your pipeline and secure new candidates by sourcing and engaging with top software engineers.
  • Build positive, lasting relationships with candidates to understand their needs and select the right companies to match them with.
  • Consistently hit your metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Understand candidate needs and requirements, as well as collaborate with the client-facing account management team to understand client needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and eloquently speak about 100+ tech companies in NYC, LA, SF, OC, and remotely around the US.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Hungry, determined, collaborative, resilient, and a hard worker.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at startups dealing with longer sales cycles (1 month+ close).
  • Experience with KPIs/metrics.
  • Motivated by and passionate about the opportunity to learn and grow.
  • A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Constantly push yourself to think differently.
  • Strive to build quality relationships with people of varied expertise.

Compensation: 1st year base of $66,560-$75,000, Discretionary Sign-on bonus and performance-bonus potential, Average OTE $110,000-$135,000 (uncapped commissions). 2nd year Average OTE $125,000-$175,000.
