Job Opportunity at Heart Matters Home Health Care

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide companionship and support to a lovely lady with dementia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure the client's nutritional needs are met.
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversations to stimulate the client's mind.
  • Offer minimal assistance with toileting and ensure the client's personal hygiene is maintained.
  • Assist with ambulation using a walker to prevent falls.
  • Remind the client to take medication as prescribed.
