Key Responsibilities

  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify areas of repair
  • Discuss repair options with our shop foreman or service advisor to determine the best course of action
  • Communicate additional service requests to our service advisor to ensure seamless customer service
  • Plan work in cooperation with our shop foreman to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Provide labor estimates to our service advisor to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Monitor repair time and update our service advisor to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain strict adherence to our dealership policies on vehicle care and operation to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Complete detailed documentation for client repairs to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees to ensure knowledge and skills are transferred effectively
  • Attend company and factory training to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
  • Stay current with factory technical bulletins to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous waste to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible work environment
