Job Summary:

Delaware Park Casino & Racing is seeking a highly skilled IT Network Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall health of our IT systems, including switches, routers, and firewalls. This role requires a strong background in cybersecurity configurations, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco WAN and LAN equipment and software, as well as security software such as Cisco Endpoint Security and Cisco Umbrella. Additionally, experience with antivirus software, VPN technologies, and virtual environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, configure, and operate all IT network infrastructure to include servers, storage, virtualization, and security
* Research and resolve problems or errors within the IT network infrastructure
* Develop and implement standards for workstation operating system installations to ensure system capability and security controls are in place
* Maintain network/system monitoring software and perform routine diagnostics to identify potential deficiencies
* Propose and implement capital projects to improve the IT operation

Requirements:

* Minimum seven (7) years of experience in IT and computer industry
* Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Systems, UNIX, Linux, and midrange operating environments
* Strong verbal and written communication skills required
* Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of business including weekends and holidays
