Job Title: Provisioning Logistician II

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Provisioning Logistician II to contribute to the success of our logistics and provisioning team at Phoenix Group of Virginia, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Analyze Documentation: Evaluate Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and Equipment Data Files (EDFP) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain Plans: Ensure maintenance plans are up-to-date and in compliance with required standards.
  • Technical Coding: Apply technical codes, including Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SM&R) codes, to relevant documents and lists.
  • Create Provisioning Parts Lists: Develop and update Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) in ICAPS C/S.
  • Update Allowance Parts Lists: Create and maintain Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) based on analysis and technical coding.
  • Determine APL Worthiness: Apply APL worthiness rules to identify components suitable for inclusion.
  • Identify Maintenance Parts: Locate and document maintenance-significant parts on equipment drawings.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in reviewing and analyzing PTD/EDFP and maintenance plans.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in ICAPS C/S, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
Work Environment:

This position may involve working in an office setting with occasional travel to different sites for on-site analysis and review.
