Integrity Healthcare's Hematology Oncology practice is a well-established team of 13 physicians and 7 APCs located in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky.

We offer a unique opportunity for medical oncologists to join our dynamic team and take on an established patient base from retiring physicians. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional cancer care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with salaries ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes:

  • A starting bonus
  • Student loan repayment assistance
  • Residency/fellowship stipend
  • Relocation/moving allowance
  • CME allowance
  • Malpractice insurance/tail coverage

In addition, we offer a two-year income guarantee with opportunities for additional productivity and quality bonuses. Our generous time-off policy allows for 7+ weeks of paid vacation per year.

Requirements:

We are seeking experienced medical oncologists who possess excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible in medical oncology and have a strong background in hematology and cancer care.
