Power BI Developer Job Description

Focused HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Power BI developer to join our team. As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data visualizations and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Design and implement data models and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and data governance processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve solutions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI development and data visualization
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data integration tools
