Accounting Professor

Pensacola State College is seeking a highly qualified Accounting Instructor to join our faculty team. As a member of our department, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of accounting courses, including financial and managerial accounting, at the baccalaureate and associate level.

• Teach accounting courses, including financial and managerial accounting, at the baccalaureate and associate level.
• Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to promote student success.
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students.
• Participate in curriculum development and revision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental and college-wide initiatives.

• Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Two years of relevant work experience in accounting or a related field.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse students and colleagues.

• Doctoral degree in accounting or a related field.
• Post-secondary teaching experience.
• Experience using technology in teaching accounting courses.
