Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN or RN to join our Primary Clinics team at Greater Regional Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and families
  • Document patient information in medical records and complete necessary forms
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate hospital admissions as needed
  • Obtain physician approval for medication refills and relay refill information to pharmacies
  • Measure and record patient data and medical history
  • Perform diagnostic tests, laboratory procedures, and administer medications as needed
  • Provide over-the-phone triage support to help with workflow
  • Complete referrals to specialties as needed
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN license
  • Maintain certification
  • EPIC experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
