Responsibilities of an In-Home Caregiver:
- Support clients with daily living activities to promote independence.
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Manage meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Attend to household management needs.
- Provide companionship and respite for families.
- Travel to clients' residences throughout the workday.
Qualifications for In-Home Caregivers:
- A genuine desire to assist others in achieving their best quality of life.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes is essential.
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care settings is advantageous.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes during work hours is mandatory.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Personal vehicle registered to you or a spouse is necessary.
- Commitment to driving to clients' homes throughout the workday is required.
