Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
At Research Medical Center, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care and compassion. As a Registered Nurse RN Infusion, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and generic and unit structure standards.
- Assume individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certified within 90 days of hire.
- Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at Research Medical Center is accredited by The Commission on Cancer. The Commission on Cancer Standard 4.2 requires the nursing professional to complete 12 Oncology specific CNEs/CMEs each calendar year OR to hold an accredited certification starting after one year of hire.
- One year oncology and chemotherapy experience required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse - Missouri Licensure (or compact).
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
