Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $28,850 and $31,250 per year, based on industry market data and job requirements.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating shipment orders using our advanced IT systems. You will provide white glove customer service to our clients, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Track and trace shipments through alarm management and checkpoint verification at key milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and airlines to ensure client needs are satisfied consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers, Customer Service, and the Commercial Business Development team to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to Management, updating clients in conjunction with Customer Service.
  • Ensure all time and temperature requirements are maintained during transit.
  • Shared responsibility for the overview of the department mailbox, including receipt of new bookings and internal inquiries.
  • Must be able to view computer monitors at close range and distance.
  • Reporting to the Operational Shift supervisor.
  • Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day (2nd Shift 2pm-8pm).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
  • 6+ Air Logistics experience or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service.
