Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Bay Area Hospital. This perm position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Description:
  • To provide clinical nutrition support, care, and information to patients and staff of Bay Area Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with various medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on healthy eating habits and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Food & Nutrition or Dietetics.
  • Registered dietitian or eligible for registration within 1 year.
  • Licensed as a Dietitian in the State of Oregon.
  • Current Drivers License or obtain within 30 days.
  • Oregon Food Handler, Food Manager Certification, or ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year experience in clinical or community nutrition.
Salary Range: $BR/hour, based on experience.
