Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Delivery Service Representative to join our team at The All Occasions Group Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure accurate and safe transportation of goods.
  • Making deliveries to clients and setting up items as needed, while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
  • Accurately maintaining delivery and pickup records, as well as accounting for quantity and condition of items returned by clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date on rental inventory and being able to answer customer questions and provide direction.
  • Driving company vehicles safely and efficiently, while representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Transportation Manager and other team members to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Reporting any issues, accidents, or near misses to the Transportation Manager in a timely and professional manner.
Working Conditions

This role requires occasional outdoor setup and may expose you to various weather conditions. You will work in areas without heating or air conditioning, and may be exposed to chemicals such as gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene, and cleaning solvents.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and maintain a professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license, DOT certification, and insurance eligibility.
  • Ability to speak English clearly and write legibly, with the option to speak other languages.
  • Passing a company drug screen and maintaining an acceptable attendance record.
  • Full range of motion and dexterity, with the ability to provide, understand, and complete instructions in written, oral, or demonstrated form.
  • Maintaining a cooperative working relationship with co-workers and a high degree of patience.
Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $20-$23, depending on experience and qualifications.
