Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support IGT's PlayCasino Operations. The selected candidate will report directly to the Director, Special Projects and work closely with various operational teams, including Technology, PlayCasino Operations, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and understand key drivers for PlayCasino's Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud spend
  • Support modelling efforts and meet regularly with PlayDigital's Cloud Infrastructure and AWS teams to ensure alignment on utilization and spend
  • Identify and monitor relevant performance indicators (KPIs) across the business, present and communicate these on a regular basis, and highlight issues and significant variances to management
  • Work with operational leaders to identify and address areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of business, financial analysis, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field
  • Excel experience, including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.
  • Experience working with databases, ETL, and SQL in a business environment
  • Ability to transform data into actionable business information and make it readily accessible to operational leaders
  • Experience developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight
  • Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams
